I’m Sorry.

 

Sometimes the simplest answer is I’m Sorry.

When we try to avoid saying these two words and instead dance around them, we may negate the authenticity in our apology.

It’s ok to say: This one’s on me. I’m sorry and I hope I can fix it or make it better next time.

I had the opportunity this week to say these words because they were absolutely required, and I think it made all the difference.
