It doesn’t cost anything to ask someone their opinion.
If we want to know if our schools are working then we should ask the opinions of those that matter.
A simple survey of stakeholders about the important factors in a school like culture, climate, operations, and instruction can provide a lot of information to help improve the school.
Start by asking students their opinion.
Ask colleagues and educational leaders what they think.
Finally ask parents their opinion.
After all opinions are free.
