- Grab a paper and pencil.
- Set a timer for 15 minutes. Start the clock!
- Write down any thoughts that pop into your mind. (Drawings count too.)
- Keep going for 15 minutes.
- More thoughts, more writing. Everything that you think goes down on the paper.
- Write until the timer runs out.
- Once you’ve finished writing for 15 minutes, take a few minutes to reflect on what you’ve written (or drawn). Make connections. Add notes or symbols to highlight a thought or idea. Connect thoughts with lines.
- Repeat each day to spark your creativity.
- Don’t lock up those thoughts.
- Set them free. Get them out on paper.
