The emotional investment is the hardest part.
You pour your heart and soul into all of it.
There are days when the returns are worth it.
And days when they are not.
On the days when the returns are not worth it, you need to remember one thing.
An emotionally drained educator cannot help students.
Try to remain invested. Do so with your own health in mind, however.
Depleted is no way to survive as an educator.
