Normalcy

Normalcy.

The experts say we should develop a sense of normalcy. Especially now.

It’s a weird thing. Normalcy. Because you never focus on it when things are normal. You only begin to think about normalcy when things are like they’ve never been before.

As this current state goes on, routines will develop. Things will go on as best as they can. I’ll make a phone call to greet students and families who are stuck at home. Without being able to see them.

And I’ll wonder:

Is this what normalcy now looks like?
