When?

I have heard many an educator utter the words,

What are you thinking!?

But the more important question that we should be asking is

When are you thinking?

We simply don’t provide our students with a lot of time to reflect, connect, share, create, or generate ideas. There is a constant barrage of activities, projects, assessments, due dates, and other minutiae that gets in the way of just thinking and learning.

So find some time this week for your students to just THINK. In fact, find some time this week and allow yourself to stop and THINK.

I think the time will be well spent.
