Problems That Don’t Exist

What could happen?

What might happen?

What if…?

How will I…?

We spend a great deal of time worrying about problems that don’t exist.

That time spent worrying is not time well spent.

The problem may come to exist or it may work itself out, with or without our worrying, anxiety, and struggle.

So spend your time planning, relaxing, or accomplishing instead.

It doesn’t matter what you use the time for. As long as you don’t worry about solving problems that don’t exist.
