Compliments & Complaints

 

We should always be prepared to receive compliments AND complaints. 

When we receive either, we should be prepared to move forward with the critical feedback. 

If it’s a compliment, allow yourself a moment for appreciation, and move forward continuing to do positive work. 

If it’s a complaint, examine, investigate, accept, reflect, and move forward to find a possible solution. 

Be ready to accept Compliments AND Complaints. Always think critically about both, and be ready to move forward.
