There really is
no such thing
as THE creative process.
Everyone’s
creative process
is different.
Essentially,
we have models
and examples of
creative processes.
Read any book
or listen to
any interview
regarding people
and creativity
or innovation
and you will hear
numerous
creative
processes and paths
that the creators
and innovators
have,
or have taken,
or have made.
It is up
to each
creator or innovator
to figure out
what works best
for them
in order for them
to do
the work,
that they
want to do.
Therefore,
as educators,
it’s up to us
to help our students
to discover
their own
creative
processes or paths
so that they
can do
the work
that they
want to do.
