For many of our struggling learners, we often provide as many interventions as possible. The word intervention can be used to cover any number of strategies, prescribed, scripted programs, or additional time within our schedules to help support these students.
While these strategies and programs may help our students, it’s often the person behind them that helps a student the most.

A human being intervening to help another human being.
Taking time from our day to find out what’s wrong, and doing something to help.
