Distraction is a problem. And a big part of it is our phones.
The average person spends about 4 hours 37 minutes on their phone each day. This equates to more than two months a year of phone usage.
I have to imagine that some of that usage is for purposeful legitimate reasons. After all, our phones are incredible tools.
But, they are also incredible tools of distraction as well. Perfectly engineered to keep us from doing something meaningful.
It’s impacting our attention spans. It’s impacting our relationships. It’s impacting our lives.
It’s time that we realize it. It’s also time that we do something about it.
