Right now we need to put on our long term thinking caps.
Yes, what we do for the next few weeks is exceedingly critical.
But the real question we need to ask ourselves right now is what happens when we return?
How will we help our students re-acclimate?
How will we return and renew?
If we are not back until next year, how different will it be?
Once our new normal turns into our old normal, what will our future normal look like?
How will it be different? More importantly, WHY should it be different?
So many questions. And right now, not enough answers.
