But what about the Micro-Gaps?
What are the gaps that we can identify that are happening in our own classrooms every day?
As we close out the school year, take time to consider the gaps in your classroom.
Are there certain students who are falling under the radar?
Do all of your students have the resources they need at home?
Do you have any biases that impact how you treat students?
Do students feel safe in your classroom?
What are the Micro-Gaps that you can identify?
