I am a grown man.
And the other night, I colored for several hours.
A beautiful botanical garden.
I had initially joined my son,
who was peacefully coloring his own garden.
He was coloring it for me.
And he asked that I color one for him.
So I did.

Something happened after I started coloring.
All of my worries washed away.
Long after my son had gone to bed.

Stresses, worries, negative thinking…
All disappeared.
And I found myself at peace.
