There are times when I feel extremely frustrated with the lack of change in our educational system.
Change comes at a snail’s pace. Many drag their feet. Some flat out oppose change and continue to do things the way they’ve “always done it.”
For those of us interested in moving forward, I would propose a different approach.
Let’s finally give up in trying to convince everyone else. Move forward at your own pace. Forget the naysayers. Find those who believe in what you are doing. Collaborate with them.
Change, disrupt, and interrupt the typical approaches.
Give yourself the opportunity to do it differently.
Don’t ask for permission, and forget the need for forgiveness.
Let go of the frustration.
Move forward with the disruption.
