If you have never heard of a Pop Up Shop or a Pop Up Restaurant, it is store or restaurant that is opened in a temporary space for a short term length of time. It may often coincide with a cultural event or happening. For example, we might see Pop Up Shops opening during the Olympics or World Cup.
