Having been in education for a number of years I’ve seen a great deal of frustration and anger.
Students get angry and frustrated.
Teachers get angry and frustrated.
Parents get angry and frustrated.
Administrators get angry and frustrated.
Usually the cause of all this anger and frustration are decisions that are made with personal stakes in mind.
Being able to make decisions that truly consider the best interests of children may allow us to avoid anger and frustration.
Instead of asking, How will this impact me?
Ask How will this impact students?
