Just because
a student
doesn’t give me
an answer
doesn’t mean
they don’t
have an answer.
As a teacher,
I see my job
as creating
an environment
and opportunities
to inspire
answers to be
shared.
I assume
an answer
is there.
If it’s not
shared, then
I just haven’t
set the parts
in motion,
that creates
the condition,
for the answer
to be shared.

Beautifully said, and succinctly so. So much of our success with our kids depends on our attitude towards them, right?
I concur. The environment must be must be inviting and inspiring, and resonate a relationship of trust that ensures risk taking.
