Hit Delete: Why the Most Productive Act You Can Do is Stop Doing Three Things

Hit Delete: Why the Most Productive Act You Can Do is Stop Doing Three Things

There are times when I end up with too much on my plate.

It’s usually the fires and disasters that cause all of the stress.

My To-Do list piles up with other people’s emergencies.

In order to not only survive, but to thrive, I learned to use the delete key more.

Taking unnecessary stuff off of your plate feels good.

Be able to say to yourself: “I don’t need to do this. It’s just extra.”

Hit delete.

Make your job easier.

My challenge to you: Delete three things off of your list that you don’t need to do.

Don’t move them to tomorrow.

Don’t delegate them.

Delete them completely.

Focus on the basics. Do a few things really well.

Get rid of all of the extra things.

Hit delete right now.

Make it easier to do the things you need to do.
