Your To-Do list will consume you if you let it.

The key is only adding meaningful activities to your list.

Don’t spend your time chasing other people’s goals.

Determine the projects and activities that hold meaning for you.

Prioritize them by letting them crowd out all of the non-trivial tasks you try to accomplish each day.

Simply put, do fewer things better.
