When you serve in a leadership position, you are expected to put on a brave face in spite of whatever crisis is happening.
The expectation is that you will lead everyone with confidence, courage, and fearlessness, while assuring everyone that everything will be ok.
And some mornings, you wake up having misplaced your brave face.
What do you do when this happens?
How do you stand in front of others without your brave face?
How do you reassure them?
You just wish that you find your lost brave face quickly.
Or you just hope that everyone understands if you can’t find it.
Whatever you do, don’t be afraid to stand up without it.
