Look at your daily schedule. Think about the activities that you’ve always just done. Do they add any value for your students?
If not, it’s time to get rid of the zombie practices.
They are ineffectual and hard to kill.
But you need to.
Examine deeply and get rid of anything that doesn’t add value.
Kill the zombies.
Your time is too valuable.
